Rashaan Salaam has been battling his conscience for years and ever since Reggie Bush returned his Heisman he could not take it anymore.
The former Colorado running back has announced he will be forfeiting the 1994 Heisman Trophy, stating he's felt nothing but guilt and embarrassment since receiving the honor following his junior season. The Heisman Trust is considering giving the award to Steve McNair, but first must figure out how Salaam received it in the first place.
